Muay Thai Fitness combines elements of muaythai, strength training, functional movement and high-intensity interval training into a diverse and dynamic workout along side with a series boxing  fighting techniques and sequence. It is design to allow the component of self defense, fitness and functionality with the aim of healthy lifestyle as the focus.
